Creamy Alfredo Pasta
This creamy Alfredo pasta is cooked in one pan, making it simple and comforting. Prepared gently in a wide pasta pan, the sauce coats the pasta evenly, creating a rich and satisfying meal without extra steps.
Ingredients

Pasta – 250 g

Butter – 2 tbsp (or olive oil – 2 tbsp)

Garlic – 3 cloves (chopped)

Milk – 400 ml

Water – 300 ml (add a little more if needed)

Cream – 200 ml

Grated cheese – 120 g
-
Salt – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)

Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Method

Heat a BE Living Pasta Pan over medium heat and add butter or olive oil.

Add garlic and cook gently until fragrant.

Add pasta, milk, and water.

Cook until the pasta is tender, mixing occasionally so it does not stick.

Lower the heat and add cream and grated cheese.

Mix gently until the sauce thickens and coats the pasta.

Season with salt and black pepper.
