Chocolate Fudge Cake
This chocolate fudge cake is rich, soft, and full of chocolate flavour, made easily in one pan. Using a BE LIVING Pasta Pan, you can cook it gently with a lid, creating a moist cake without needing an oven. It’s a simple dessert that feels warm and comforting.
Ingredients

Flour – 200 g

Cocoa powder – 40 g

Sugar – 150 g

Baking powder – 2 tsp

Salt – a pinch
-
Milk – 200 ml
-
Eggs – 2
-
Melted butter or cooking oil – 60 ml
-
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp (optional)

Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate – 80 g (optional)
Method

In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter or oil, and vanilla.

Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and mix until smooth with no dry flour left.

Lightly grease the BE Living Pasta Pan and pour the chocolate cake mixture into the pan.

Cover with a lid and cook on very low heat until the middle is set.

Turn off the heat and keep the lid on for a few minutes.

Slice and serve from the pan, or carefully lift out once it cools a little.

Add chocolate chips on top while warm if you want a richer finish.
