Soft Morning Pancakes

These soft, airy pancakes are cooked evenly on a flat non stick BE LIVING Pancake Pan, made for gentle heat and easy cooking. The smooth surface helps each pancake flip easily and turn a beautiful golden colour, making breakfast calm and enjoyable.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 1/4 cups milk

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tbsp melted butter or cooking oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

  • Butter or oil (a little, for the pan if needed)

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter or oil, and vanilla.

  3. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and gently mix until just combined.

  4. Heat the non stick pancake pan over low to medium heat.

  5. Lightly grease the pan if needed. Pour about 1/4 cup mixture per pancake.

  6. Cook until small bubbles appear on top and the edges look set.

  7. Flip gently and cook until soft and golden.

  8. Serve warm.

  • Serve with fresh fruit, honey, or maple syrup.

  • Keep the heat gentle so pancakes cook evenly.
