Up to 5 years warranty on the coating
At BE | LIVING, we stand behind the quality of our cookware. That is why every pan comes with a standard 2 year warranty. When you register your product, you receive an additional 3 years of warranty on the coating, for a total of up to 5 years of coverage on the coating.
What is covered
The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects in the coating. This includes coating defects without a clear external cause, peeling or failure of the coating due to a production issue, and products that do not meet the expected quality under normal use.
What is not covered
The warranty does not apply to damage or wear caused by improper use or normal wear over time. This includes frequent or daily dishwasher use, overheating that causes oil to burn or smoke, the use of abrasive cleaning materials or metal utensils, and normal wear from intensive use.
Important
To qualify for warranty coverage, the product must be used and maintained according to our Use & Care guidelines. We recommend hand washing, using moderate heat, and allowing the pan to cool before cleaning.
