This set is super beautiful and I cooked in it tonight and used two of the pans and they cooked nicely. I’m not accustomed to using a pan that’s not nonstick but I want to transition to pans like these because nonstick pans emit chemicals. I’d call this a full set of cookware. I don’t need anything more to use on the stovetop and these. These can even bake in the oven because all the handles are steel. This is a high end set. I encourage you to view my video for more information and my experience cooking in them and cleaning them. I highly recommend this set. It will probably outlive me!
I truly enjoy cooking and spending time in the kitchen. When opportunity to get this BE | LIVING stainless steel cookware set I was super excited. I was looking for a high-quality upgrade to my kitchen. Right out of the box, you can feel the premium quality just by the weight of each piece. The set looks stunning just sitting on the stove. They have that perfect, hefty feel of professional-grade cookware without being impossibly heavy to lift. Cooking with them has been grest. The pans offer an even heat distribution, which means no annoying hot spots, and everything from searing steaks to simmering sauces turns out flawlessly. They are incredibly versatile, handles stay cool on the stovetop, and I like that I can easily transfer a pan straight into the oven when a recipe calls for it.
Now, keep in mind that these are pure stainless steel they do not have a non-stick coating. There is a slight learning curve if you are used to coated pans. But as long as you let the pan heat up properly and use a little oil or butter, food releases beautifully and you get an incredible sear. Now for the clean-up, it’s been surprisingly easy a quick soak with some warm soapy water takes care of most things, and they are durable enough to handle a good scrub without worrying about ruining a delicate coating. However follow instructions and do not use any whool or metal scrubs. The durability of this set will be amazing, it seems made to last a lifetime a solid investment. Really worth its value.
