Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect orders from our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel your order, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 minutes by phone at +31852109000. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders once the items have already been prepared for shipment. If the items have been shipped and you no longer wish to keep them, you may refuse the delivery at the door. If you clearly inform the courier of this, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
