One Pan Mac and Cheese

This mac and cheese is creamy, comforting, and made in one pan. Cooked gently in a BE LIVING Pasta Pan, the pasta turns soft while the cheese sauce becomes smooth and rich, making an easy meal or snack with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

  • Macaroni pasta – 250 g

  • Butter – 2 tbsp

  • Milk – 500 ml

  • Water – 400 ml

  • Grated cheese – 200 g

  • Salt – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)

  • Black pepper – 1/2 tsp

  • Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp (optional)

  • Chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp (optional)

Method

  1. Heat a BE Living Pasta Pan over medium heat and add butter.

  2. Add macaroni and mix for a few seconds to coat.

  3. Add water and milk and mix gently.

  4. Cook until the pasta is soft, mixing occasionally so it does not stick.

  5. Lower the heat and add grated cheese.

  6. Mix gently until the cheese melts and becomes creamy.

  7. Season with salt and black pepper.

  8. Serve warm.

Tips & Serving Ideas

  • Mix often so the pasta cooks evenly and does not stick.

  • If the sauce becomes too thick, add a small splash of milk.

  • Mix in sweet corn or small chicken pieces if you want more filling.

  • Serve with a simple salad or enjoy on its own as a warm snack.
