Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (sliced)

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp honey (plus a little extra for topping)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • A pinch of salt

Method

  1. Heat a non stick pan over low to medium heat and add butter.

  2. Add banana slices in a single layer.

  3. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes until the bottom side starts to turn lightly golden.

  4. Flip gently and cook the other side for another 1 minute.

  5. Add honey and cinnamon if using.

  6. Gently move the bananas around the pan to coat them.

  7. Turn off the heat and serve warm.
